2 organic eggs, separated.
2 tsp vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste.
Whisk the egg whites until they are thick and stiff. Use a big bowl.
Whisk the cream until it is thick.
Whish the egg yolks, sweetener and vanilla extract.
Dump the cream and yolk mixtures into the egg whites and fold in until the mixture is a uniform yellow colour.
Pour into four small containers or one big one, and freeze.
Take it out five minutes before you plan to eat it.

You can make a chocolate version by mixing two teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder with the egg yolk and sweetener (and a tiny amount of cold coffee if necessary) instead of the vanilla.
